Man Holds Two Children in Car, Stand-off Lasts Nine Hours
A standoff that shut down portions of I-15 northbound and southbound and lasted more than nine hours has ended peacefully.
Traffic was diverted for all of the afternoon from exits 16 to 27.
The freeway reopened about 9 p.m. Monday.
